Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of SahlPass. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: April 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SahlPass in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that your staff follow these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SahlPass for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
  • Attempt to breach, reverse engineer, or disrupt our systems or security measures.
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access to SahlPass outside your authorized staff.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle until cancelled. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan from your dashboard at any time, and changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free Trials

We may offer free trials for eligible plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will convert to a paid subscription at the listed price.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the logos, pass artwork, merchant information, and customer data you add to SahlPass. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.

Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (such as Apple Wallet or Google Wallet), or emergencies may cause temporary disruptions.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or remain unpaid. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SahlPass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Riyadh.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you by email or inside your dashboard.
