Cookies
How SahlPass uses cookies and similar technologies to deliver a fast, secure, and useful service.
Last updated: April 2026
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your session, preferences, and usage patterns, and they are used by almost every modern web application.
Required to run the service — for example, keeping you signed in as a merchant or platform admin and protecting against fraud. These cannot be disabled without breaking the product.
Remember preferences such as your language (English or Arabic) and recent dashboard selections so you don't have to set them on every visit.
Help us understand which features are used, where users get stuck, and which improvements to prioritize. All analytics data is aggregated and never sold.
Services we rely on — such as our payment provider and wallet platforms — may set their own cookies when you interact with payment flows or pass activation.
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Please note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or using SahlPass normally.
SahlPass does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, because no common standard has been agreed upon across browsers.
We may update this cookie policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
